Privacy Policy
Analytics, cookies and similar technologies
Witehold Pty Ltd (ACN 703 588 710) trading as Fairway Systems ("Fairway Systems", "we", "us") runs this website. We use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage and small pieces of code in our web pages, to understand how visitors use our site and to make it work better.
We use PostHog, a website analytics service provided by PostHog, Inc. in the United States. If you choose Accept in our cookie banner, PostHog collects information such as:
- the pages you visit, how long you stay and how you found our site (for example a search engine or an ad)
- the buttons and links you click, and how you scroll and move around a page
- your device type, browser, operating system, screen size and approximate location (city or region), worked out from your IP address
- a random identifier stored in your browser so we can tell repeat visits apart.
We use this information to see which pages are useful, fix problems and improve our website and services. We do not use PostHog to show you ads and we do not sell this information.
Session recordings and heatmaps
With your consent, PostHog may record how you use our pages, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page changes, so we can replay a visit and spot problems. We also use heatmaps, which show where visitors click and scroll on a page, usually as a combined view of many visits.
We set up session recording to hide anything you type into form fields. That means recordings do not show the name, phone number, email or other details you enter. Recordings are stored by PostHog in the United States and kept for 30 days before they are deleted.
Our audit request form and bookings
When you fill in our free audit request form, we collect your name, business name, trade, suburb, mobile number, email address and the other details you choose to give us (such as team size, missed calls and the job software you use). We may also look at publicly available information about your Google Business Profile.
We use these details to prepare your audit, contact you about it by phone, text or email, and talk to you about our services. If you do not give us your mobile number or email address, we may not be able to send your audit or get back to you.
Form details are stored in our website database. Our website and database are run by Lovable Labs Sweden AB (Sweden), on infrastructure built on Supabase.
If you book a call with us, you do this through Calendly, a scheduling service provided by Calendly LLC in the United States. Calendly collects the details you enter on the booking page (such as your name, email address and any answers you give) and shares them with us. Calendly's privacy notice also applies: https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice
We will only send you marketing emails or text messages if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message will tell you who it is from and include an easy way to unsubscribe.
Who we share information with, and overseas disclosure
We use the service providers below to run our website and business. They may store or access personal information outside Australia:
- PostHog, Inc. (website analytics, session recordings and heatmaps): United States
- Calendly LLC (booking calls): United States
- Lovable Labs Sweden AB (website hosting and form database): Sweden. Lovable and its providers, including Supabase, may also access data from other countries, including the United States and Singapore, for support and operations
- Google LLC (our business email, which receives form notifications): United States
These providers may use their own sub-processors in other countries. We use providers that offer written data protection terms, and we only give them the information they need to provide their service. An overseas provider may be required by the laws of its country to give information to authorities there.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and how to opt out
